Hello @Checkatrade - we removed our old doors, replaced them with new but your trade instead of fitting them. They ruined them alongside locks, door frames & hinges! 6wks later still no update on your complaint or guarantee process. Incompetence of your trade & customer service!

This sounds very true. To make it even worse the ones who do get listed clearly aren't competant either. We are now left with £1000+ to put right. An they just drag the process out in terms of complaint. Zero support or help! It's affecting more than just the house also my family
