A7 - 3/3 This will have much larger impacts to society as a whole if it comes true and many will have to change how they work to stay relevant. #collabtalk
A7 - 2/3 Ultimately, value is in the eye of the consumer vs the business offering a solution though and the consumer doesn't really care how the work gets done. #collabtalk
A6 - 1/2 - Agents. I think as we start to see other examples, we will see more to the point they are just 2nd nature. We have to rethink what we think of an agent as in terms of complexity.

A5 - Admin's are benefiting the most as MSFT adds more AI features to the admin centers. It's getting easier to ask questions about configurations and get solutions quickly. This is followed by the info worker, especially those in marketing and creative roles.

A4 - Not sure if "off guard" is the right term but I think that governance as a whole was brought into the light in 2025. Teams knew the problem existed and tried to hide from it but the AI onslaught brought it into the spotlight.

A3 - One area that I think is ripe for agents in 2026 is communications. Being able to call in and speak with an "Agent" and getting a resolution. This has been happening in the CX world for awhile, Copilot will bring this to the masses in 2026.

A2 - Microsoft thought this was the year of the Agent. It didn't start that way but it does seem to be picking up steam. I think many are still figuring out how to actually use it though via prompting. Most are still using it as an advanced search tool. #collabtalk
A1 - Adoption. Microsoft's all-in push for AI in 2025 has disrupted many orgs adoption capabilities. Orgs are trying to figure out how to leverage the tools and get people to adopt in order to gain a competitive advantage.

A7 - We are still early on with AI. Most people don't really know how it connects to everyday life yet. As it becomes more integrated, it will "just be there" and people won't even realize they are using it. #collabtalk
A6 - Individuals/teams need to "wonder" how things can be better every day. If you don't wonder, you get stuck in the "we've always done it that way" mindset. #collabtalk
A5 - Culture plays a major part in any change. Leaders who push change will see increases in productivity with AI vs leaders who resist. Leaders go first. Plain and simple. #collabtalk
A4 - How is really a "should". Businesses should be finding ways to gain a competitive advantage with AI. This means any place there is repetitive steps, AI should be used to increase productivity. #collabtalk
A3 - Muscle memory. We are trained to work one way and Copilot/AI requires us to tap into it which disrupts the pattern. Users have to remember to use it. #collabtalk
