He has his phone in his right hand and his empty left hand is raised above his head while trying to protect the woman ICE just pushed down all while being pepper sprayed. At :18 seconds you can see an agent turning away with Pretti’s gun in his hand.

At :25 you can clearly see shots fired point blank by the agent behind Pretti.

The movement at :27 is Pretti’s body violently reacting to multiple close range gun shots by a swarm of ICE agents, not reaching for his gun, as you claim.

What a blatant lie, the video is there for everyone to see!

Is Marjorie Taylor Greene going to issue a formal retraction and apology to the Biden family for her lies (seen below) now that the allegations in the FD-1023 form that she called "extremely credible" were found to be the makings of a confessed liar with ties to Russian spies?

Republicans were warned about the lack of credibility of this document, claiming the Biden's received bribe money from Burisma, yet pushed it as being "extremely credible." They lied to sell their bogus narrative and attempt to impeach Biden.
