Hi @AmericanAir we were at @miamiairports going to Anguilla today for my mothers 75th bday and security line was a good hour + gate D60 was a solid mile after that. An amazing employee of yours (Bettina or Beatrice? Cudnt catch the name) at Gate D60 C (line 7) took pity on us and was able to keep the gate open for a couple minutes. Moms bday saved 🎂🙏🏻
