@harpreetchatha_ I think you misinterpreted:
Topic clusters aren't new and I didn't frame it as GEO specific. My point was if LLMs process content differently than search engines, it’s worth testing whether a more structured cluster helps LLMs interpret/summarize your content more accurately.
Ranking #1 isn’t enough anymore.
One of my clients dominated local search for two years straight… until AI Overviews replaced their top spot with three competitors.
You’re not just competing for rankings, you’re competing to be cited by AI.

The wrong clients don’t just drain your time.
They drain your energy.
Your team.
Your margins.
@AdamHeitzman found out the hard way.
He chatted on our podcast about how he scaled fast, chasing volume.
But volume without vetting? That led to burnout.
Shifting to value wasn’t just more profitable.
It was sustainable.
I made the same mistake.
In the early days if a client had budget and wanted to work with us, I said yes.
But once I started building out my team, I realised something..
A bad client doesn’t just affect your bottom line.
They hit your culture, your morale and your best people.
That’s when we introduced a client vetting process.
Not just to protect revenue.
To protect my people.
Every client you take on is either compounding or eroding your business.
Choose fit over fees.
Quality over quantity.
How do you vet clients before saying yes?

What separates agencies that thrive from those that struggle?
@AdamHeitzman , co founder of @highervis has spent 17+ years figuring that out.
In our latest episode of The Agency Growth Club, he shared some of the biggest lessons from his journey, mistakes, wins, and everything in between.
🔹 Cash Flow in a Crisis – Why sustainability beats rapid expansion
🔹 Expensive Hiring Mistakes – The true cost of keeping the wrong people
🔹 Client Selection – Why saying "no" can be a growth strategy
🔹 Remote Work & Culture – How to build a strong team beyond the office
🔹 Revenue Growth – Actionable strategies to double your revenue
"The most expensive lesson we’ve learned is the cost of keeping people on your team when they’re not the right fit. It drains resources, impacts morale, and delays progress."

@TheDanielFilipe If the product’s value isn’t clear upfront, the price alone won’t sell it. Getting users to the PDP first gives you the chance to frame the value before they make a decision.
