What is Traditional Kung Fu? I've been trying to add more games and that kind of thing to my Kung Fu and Lion Dance classes, and to fit everything into 45 minutes. On the weekend classes we do have the time and space to go longer, but anything more than 1 hour and I get push back

and can do so safely. Plus we have to fit other things like forms and jumps and lion dance (which we soemwhat skipped on Sunday) as well as stretches and meditation and at least one game. I realize that I therefore can't have every class have the exact same structure or sections

As Moon Cake Cafe has its grand opening, Lady EC aka EC performs lion dance while her Uncle plays drum and her son Bunny plays cymbals. The neighbor across the street is not too happy about the noise.

Mooncake Cafe. A small "local"bakery on the moon run by Lady EC, single parent mother of her son Bunny and her imaginary friend that is a lion head. The workers are Mantau Men that fly around in dim sum baskets and deliver Moon cakes, cherngs, baos, ha gau, siu mai, to the galaxy
