@RevivedThoughts I think the Airbrau beer garden in Munich counts even though it’s on airport grounds because it’s outside security. Absent something like that, no.
USMNT thoughts:
1. Dest is the most important player.
2. Dest/Jedi/Weah must start.
3. McKennie needs to sit back more than he may like.
4. Adams must keep his cool.
5. Make Pulisic run with the ball. Often.
6. Ream can't let himself get into footraces.
Success: Win a knockout.
@StanUsmnt This is the team that could very well be on the field in the 75th minute during the World Cup. Giving them a full half in a low stakes situation is a good idea.
@robpizzola Half-court soccer. A starts with a corner and has 5 mins. to score. B defense only. Offense takes throw/kick if ball past halfway line. Goal kick/save results in a corner. Out of bounds is a throw. If A scores, B can tie. If A doesn’t, B can win. Then whoever scores first.

Here’s what I *think* is POCH’s opening XI vs Paraguay.
It will be listed as a 4-2-3-1:
Freese
Freeman Richards Ream Jedi
Adams Wes
Dest Malik Puli
Balo
BUT - It will function more like the picture. The “Fluid 4”. Jedi goes box to box, but also tuck’s in the midfield to allow Wes to push up and play more like an 8 than a 6. That’s a lot on Jedi.
Dest, will be listed as a winger, but will also go box to box on his side.
Adams will have a whole lot of ground to cover as the true 6, but will get support when Wes falls back, or Jedi pushes up.
If you are new to soccer fandom, please understand that Howard and Donovan are USMNT legends who regularly use their podcast to offer indefensible opinions like those expressed below. Why they are doing this remains unknown.
