@Spoopymel @starsleeps @JoeMerrick @Jamrocks912 Any Pokémon that can mega evolve in Pokémon Go can be found shiny in it's evolved form (those that can't, can't) so for example you could encounter a wild shiny Alakazam but not a shiny Venomoth.

@Rennsport4pogo @NianticHelp It'll be the phone network data infrastructure it's not built to have tens of thousands in one spot at the same time.

Like in the UK if you go to a football match you will more than likely have little to no internet because of the drain from the thousands of people.

@ItsFleeceKing I found it further disappointing as I'm not sure what shiny rate the deluxe pass was supposed to boost to but I managed 2 that were from the criteria  (A beldum from the pass itself and Skwovet from random spot encounter) and 2 GMax which I'm guessing were full odds.

@ItsFleeceKing Agree Max points should have been unrestricted. I'm in a fairly big city community too, honestly it became boring at points because I found myself just sitting out of the Eternatus raid after Eternatus raid because I'd rather save the points for an actual GMax Pokémon encounter.

@Shiny_KingT I swear some accounts have lesser chances of certain shiny Pokémon to encourage trading. I gave up and traded one in in the end, probably have to do the same with Zacian.
