@AdamSquibbs , instructed by Newgate Solicitors, persuaded the Crown to offer no evidence against his client (JM) today, who had been indicted with assisting an offender accused of attempted murder. In his written representations,

After a three day trial, a jury unanimously acquitted @AdamSquibbs ' client of assaulting an emergency worker (emergency ambulance crew). The defence case was that the allegation had been entirely fabricated. Adam was instructed by Ali Hussain of AHS Law Solicitors.

@AdamSquibbs secured unanimous acquittal of his client following a robbery trial at WGCC. The case involved a knifepoint robbery in which the complainant had his smart car stolen. The key issue was identification. Adam was instructed by Sophie Lalaoui of @StuartMillerLaw.

I was just sent this. It is currently up in a magistrates court. Attempts to stop track and tracing in courts is dangerous for my health, that of other court users and all our families. When will there be full transparency about covid rates in courts.
