In my opinion, Nocturne should be banned for three main reasons:

@eSpo298 @RiftboundMeta Kennen literally would be on 1 or prob 0 stacked decks with the addition of captain. Captain is stacked deck but WAY better. The ban of that card will forever be a mistake by this game unless the fix it now.

All it did was hit every other purple deck. I don't know how they could come to the decision that it was correct while knowing that captain was just about to be printed. How did they see 2 units that can be played for 0 and say they're both ok?
