Adam Stone

I'm a freelance illustrator and artist looking to create art that makes people say, that's cool.

This is a page from a project I'm currently working on. It's been a bit of an experiment using some new techniques, namely brushes and marker pens but I think it's turned out okay. Let me know what you guys think.

This is the first in a series of character portraits from a personal project that I'm currently working on. This is Valakia, the main character and namesake of the project (at least for the moment.) This was painted in Photoshop based on an initial rough pencil drawing.

This is a cover I painted for @FatesHollowBand for their new album The Heir Apparition. It was painted digitally in Photoshop.

Sophie Broadgate is currently crowdfunding her new film Part Fish and it looks great. Its about autism, burnout and the natural environment.

She's a massively talented filmmaker and I'm sure its going to be awesome so you should check it out.

This is a piece of concept art for a character from a project I'm currently working on. She's the Vampire Queen. She's meant to be intimidating and frightening but still have an element of sexuality.

This is another cover from Greywolf written by Jeffrey Miller. This is the poster for Volume 03 and it was done in the same way using Photoshop.

I've been working on a short 8 page comic recently based loosely on some Viking mythology. I'm going to upload one page a day for the next week starting today.

I've also just published my new website where you can see the full 8 pages together.

“I'm a comic artist and illustrator living in the UK. I'm a big fan of comics, movies and wandering around the countryside, but I try to spend as much time as possible drawing and painting.” @AdamStoneArtist https://t.co/d21E2ELOP6

An old type of ship called a Clipper had a specific type of Poop Deck called a Monkey Poop. I just needed to put that out there.
