Really disappointed at level of (non) service from Waggel Insurance. Claim delayed, received automated email from @andrewleal84 asking to contact team if urgent concerns. Contacted the team who were no more help than they've been so far.

@bookingcom are an absolute disgrace of a company. Two families with 6 kids travel 2.5 hours for our Easter holiday to discover they've listed a property that hasn't been a holiday home for over a year!! Currently sat with nowhere to stay. Company unwilling to rectify mistake!
