Found cycling was much easier on the body 😅
Yeah not bad thanks had my op just got physio etc to try and get more movement back!

@sianomwardo Before you buy some, get your gait tested.
Basically tells you if yoy over pronate or under, as you need specific shoes depending what you do!
Running shops usually test your gait for free!
I know there was one in chill factor,
Worth doing before buying some!
