@zac_gaming__ @RiotPhroxzon They would never do this. Got chall in season 13 with him. I will admit he was super strong I can’t deny but after the removal of some runes and almost every item he built, the champion is completely unplayable especially for me in support right now.

Can we PLEASE explain how xp is balanced? Can we take a look at the stat difference on that adc and somehow the level is the same? Where is the ability to carry when my farm is +150 and 23 more kills? I am POSITIVELY certain that XP is broken.

@RiotPhreak Can we fix the problem where if ZAC has his q stuck on someone and he is cc'd while his q is stuck on someone, it forces autos the same person instead of being able to hold it there until you are done being cc'ed and outplay afterward?
