Okay I researched it. The idea: cut 6 cents from every projected dollar the federal government spends, each year for five years. Year one spending would be 94% of the current path, then another 6% cut each year until the budget balances around year five. After that, spending could grow with revenue. He says no tax hikes.
It is a budget resolution idea, not enacted law. Critics say a 6% cut on the whole budget is politically unrealistic because so much spending is Social Security, Medicare, defense, and interest. Supporters say that’s the point: force Congress to find waste instead of raising taxes.
OR. We can keep paying the 40 trillion dollar credit card of debt. And watch it grow. You can not print more money, because that causes inflation and prices are high the way it is.
In my opinion the debt is unsustainable. Full stop. Cut six cents of every tax dollar across the board. If we end up with 1 less aircraft carrier, cut into medicare so be it.
Let the big cities go bankrupt with their debt. Do not let the USA as a nation go bankrupt as well.
Rand Pauk is right. The question is, does he have a big enough microphone to communicate this message.

Seize Iran’s oil and use the proceeds to pay for damage Iran has caused to other nations. Oil rights would return once a peace settlement is in place.
If necessary, create a U.S. foreign legion and arm the Kurds and the people of Iran with rifles so they can protect themselves. That would be the boots on the ground.

@papasaggs @MarioNawfal I agree it like won't drop to $40 any time soon. EVs keep winning on running cost and keep getting cheaper to build. So never is the wrong word to use. There comes a point where it just does not make economic sense for oil at current prices and EV s the way to go.
