I appreciate the Governor talking about the affordability issue that many, many Hoosiers are facing right now. However, affordability issues are being felt across all income and age brackets. This change will shift the tax burden required to provide services in our city and state to young families. If workforce attraction is one of our state’s biggest issues, this policy will work in stark contrast to that effort.

Our party and leaders need to get serious about policy and stop governing to misleading talking points to gain political headlines. Let’s get serious, come the table with REAL solutions for ALL. That’s how we win, both at home and the ballot box.

@ElevanceHealth is at 5 year lows along with other peers, down 50% from highs.
Another healthcare company, @EliLillyandCo is actually up 910% in that same time period (which is great). Did he mean pharma? 😜
