Terrible experience with @UberEats today. Took nearly 1.5 goes to get food, after getting an estimate of approx. 45 min. Food was cold and nearly inedible. Milkshake completely melted. Wasted over $40, and they only offered $5 in credit to make up for it. Major disappointment.

Ordered through @TryCaviar last night. Restaurant gave us the wrong item, which had shellfish in it. One of us has a terrible shellfish allergy and went into anaphylaxis. Caviar's response was to refund the one item, plus $5 credit. Shocking and unacceptable.
