@itsjustme__dee 🥱 He’s a legend, he’s brought a lot to the game and I’m very thankful for most of it. He’s still not MJ, he still stacked teams to ring chase, he’s still a narcissist, and a drama queen. All can be true. Arguably the 2nd best ever, no doubt.
@SonNiteNite@PolymarketHoops MJs finals game? 🤔 You mean the series where he got locked up and schooled by JJ Barrea and J Terry? Or one of the other 6 finals he lost? Oh wait, that wasn’t MJ.
@ESPNNBA Spin it anyway you want, but when every free yrs you leave to join the best roster with the easiest path to a championship, it’s ring chasing whether you contribute or not.
@drayhitemup21@0xBassey Also, what team didn’t stay loyal to LeBron? Cavs did EVERYTHING to keep him happy, they bent the knee all 11 years. Heat did too. Lakers did for many yrs and that all just fell apart but that was always a weird choice and fit.
@drayhitemup21@0xBassey I agree with that as well. I totally respect the players AND teams that stayed mutually loyal. Curry & GS, Duncan & Spurs, MJ & Bulls etc etc It means more. But ring chasing isn’t goat work.
@N0_Fabrication Honest answer, he himself doesn’t bother me all that much, it’s all his stans who never saw prime MJ yapping about something they don’t know. LBJ flopping, being an attention whore, proclaiming himself the goat, and stacking teams is something, but whatever, it’s more the stans.
@Da_Hardaway5200 The amount of people who don’t understand that the past has zero relevance when they stacked the roster this offseason is mind boggling. Rich Paul even said he wasn’t considering Philly until they got Jaylen Brown. That’s ring chasing no matter how you try and spin it.
@GoldenKnightGFX Doesn’t matter when the last time they won was, it’s who has the best chance moving fwd. He joined the best roster he could find with the easiest path. Definition of ring chasing.
@NycVipers Don’t need to desperately try to find something wrong… 25 years of ring chasing and stacking teams says it all. Congrats on the longevity stat padding though. That’s certainly something, but he’ll never be Jordan. Facts.
@ChrisWhatman@SPappadaPhD Shouldn’t have assumed by burned I meant leaving, it’s how he did it, which I think most people understand. Thanks for the explanation of how FA works though & I feel the same way when a team trades away guys in similar fashion. I prefer to see team/star player loyalty. Curry/GS.
@CuffsTheLegend How about people just hate how he’s gone about it? All of his rings thus far have been from hopping around to super teams. Let’s not act like his rings were built the same way as the real goats. Great player, but not the goat. His rings are cheap.
