I have reached out to your dm and you have refused to solve my issue, I called your agent on your customer service line [phone], you held down my transfer under the guise of confirming genuineness and after complaining to your agent, the team responsible refused to pick the transferred call. Is that how you treat your customers.

Check your DMs and respond to my issue , that is how you loose customers.

@mni_JJ Same thing happened to me, FUT Yola snubbed me with 4.99 CGPA because I don't have anybody, but same CGPA open doors for me abroad. Encourage him to look for opportunities abroad, best wishes to him.
