Today, I have lost all faith in a company I have used my whole life. @British_Airways has deceived us into accepting a voucher when we qualified for a refund. DON'T use their online form. It is a trick. I will never fly BA or partners again!

@British_Airways Do not click on voucher link as they then say no to a refund. I only clicked it as I couldn't get hold of anyone. If they force me to take a voucher I will sing protest songs for all 10 hours of my flight and hand out leaflets to passengers stating what thieving bastards they are
