@HiltonHotels Buena Vista Palace customer service questionable at best. Here in Orlando for #DECAICDC and had to redo a procedure done upon arrival. No apology. No acceptance of Hilton ERROR. Demeaning service as they talked down to two #DECAAdvisor (s). #MIDECA
