I bumped into John Lithgow as he was leaving a building, and I was so flummoxed by the moment I just kind of sputtered out: "Hey ... I liked you in ... well, everything."
And he said back: "Good. I loved everything."
And then just kind of sauntered off.
Congrats on the Tony!
Courtside at MSG is funny because it’s like beloved former Knicks star from the ‘90s next to an insanely famous actor next to the CEO of a company that turns orphans into AI data center liquid coolant.
On the electeds who are new Knicks fans:
“I think the people that are doing well in politics are doing well because they’re authentic, and I think people that are falling flat on their face are doing so because they are not authentic," Ryan Adams said.

¡Vamos, Knicks! No matter what country they came from, our @twulocal100 Horse-Carriage Drivers in Central Park, and their horses, are united in support for the Knicks. More than 95% of our Carriage Drivers are immigrants who came to New York to better provide for themselves and their families, and they relish being ambassadors to the crown jewel of parks: Central Park. @TwuSamuelsen@NYCCouncil@MarkLevineNYC@CnDelarosa@CMMercedesCD46@TelemundoNews #NYC #NBAfinals
I’ll never forget the time an interviewer asked Johnny Knoxville about the homoerotic subtext in Jackass and he got mad at them for calling it subtext.
Disrupting NY’s entire pregame culture prior to one of their biggest games in 25+ years is such loser behavior. Heightened security is one thing, but no watch parties outside the arena is just cruel. I hope they boo him to tears at the very least.
Not only is Donald Trump preventing Knicks fans from having the wildly popular watch party just so he can go to the game, but taxpayers have to pay for the extra security all around the city and Garden just so he can do it.
Just a generational “fuck you,” to all New Yorkers.
