@ICICIBank absolutely horrible service, still waiting for a resolution on illicit charges on my account, incompetent customer service who does kot know what they are doing, really disappointed after being a customer for over 10 years

To top this customer service called and got into an argument defending the delivery guy. I place order on swiggy on a regular basis and if this is the level of service Swiggy has stooped down to I need to stop and also share this with my peers to #boycottswiggy

Horrible service from swiggy, delivery guy picked up the order and after waiting for 45 mins called back saying his bike is broken down, I could clearly hear him that he was drunk and Ajay from the chat team worst perso you will ever come across.
