@SusanMadigan3@AdultingADHD 2 of my go tos: fruit leather, can be tricky to find but you can order online for any sweet toothed folks or my fav. A South African pal introduced me to Biltong. Essentially their version of jerky, really great and chewy oral sensory input ๐๐
