This week, the i-UPSHIFT Summit in Kassala honored 38 youth-led startups (160 young innovators, including 66 refugees) developing solutions to local community & economic challenges. 👇

With ILO support, and funding from the @KfW_int Development Bank, she rebuilt her tea stall business and gained independence.

☕Market renovation & better infrastructure in Baidoa gave her tea stall a stronger place to grow.

In Kassala 🇸🇩, @IloProspects supported 78 vendors through market upgrades, improving safety, hygiene & access.

The work also created 33 jobs for refugees & host communities, advancing decent work and inclusive local economies.
