In late March I was diagnosed with primary adrenal insufficiency (aka Addison's). Since then I've been learning to live with this condition. Fortunately, so far so good, as my medication is working well and I feel much better than previously.

It’s the birthday of John F. Kennedy, the 35th US President who managed his Addison's disease & other autoimmune conditions in secret. JFK was diagnosed with Addison’s whilst in London aged 30.
