💊 On Sunday morning, make sure the clocks in your house are correct to avoid taking future doses at the wrong time.
🔔 Check any alarms you have set for remembering doses.
🕒 If you're on hydrocortisone infusion pump therapy, remember to change the time on your pump. (2/2)

People with adrenal insufficiency face a complex process of 12+ steps to prepare an injection, often in pain, vomiting & experiencing brain fog.

1 in 200 adrenal crises are fatal. Patients' lives are at risk, & hospital admissions increase because of delayed treatment. (2/3)
