@TfL Thank you, But please make sure signs are put on the stops mentioned along 423 route, Lichfield Road, Green Lane, Girling Way & Great South West Road as these stops are still advertised as Free on 423 so to avoid confusion and disruption on 12th June. Passengers will be informed

@TfL 423 route should have been free between T5 and Hatton Cross since 2008 according to Heathrow but for some reason TFL didn’t bother changing the signs on Bus Stops or removing the automated announcements so the bus announcement states Lichfield Rd as last free stop

@TfL Can you please also put this notice up on the 423 route at bus stops along Green Lane, Lichfield Road, Girling Way and Great South West Road as 423 is Free until Lichfield Road. These notices are only displayed up-to Hatton Cross.
