@footyngolf @KLM DO NOT FLY @KLM and if you know anyone who intends to, discourage them. It’s become a norm for them to misplace your luggage and offer no help after. You either can’t reach customer service or they unapologetically have no news on your baggage. Don’t believe me? Read the comments

@KLM I remember my first ever flight with @KLM. It happened on 19th October 2022. I arrived to find my luggage missing and it is still missing 8 days after. They can't seem to find my bag. Promises about tracing. Repeated requests for PIR. Nothing being done. DO NOT FLY @KLM

@KLM Probably from where @KLM throws out people's baggage. When you arrive your destination, your bags have been lost and they fob you off pretending to trace it, stop looking after 21 days, possibly ignore claims you submit and auction your bag in 100 days. Profiting from your loss.

@KLM How many people's luggage have you lost in the 70 years? Do not be deceived. @KLM takes pride in loosing clients' luggage. Expect this if you make the mistake of booking a flight with them. My luggage has been missing for 8 days and they still can't trace where it is @klm_sucks

It’s travel between two airports. Why is it so difficult to find one bag?? 8 days & still no clue where my bag is. @KLM is the worst.
