@CharlotteV Does this mean Statutory and Competent Harbour Authorities, with local byelaws in place, will be able to report such cases direct to the MCA under DOA, Delegation of Authority? Currently taking such cases to a magistrates court is not prosecuting firmly enough

@David_C68 Injuries which need physio treatment you can just self refer. Recently I did this, email submitted at 2200 and had a phyios triage me on the phone at 0800 the next day. Exercises emailed over at 0815, appointment made for +6weeks.
