The FIRS has stated that the FCTA claim of non-payment of ground over the past 25 years is incorrect. FIRS has presented documentation of the all payments have been made up to the year 2023. They mentioned that since February 19th, 2024, they have been requesting a receipt from the FCTA, but have yet to receive it.

NB : The Medium Taxpayers Group serves as a centralized hub for taxpayers with an annual turnover of N5 billion and above.

The Group is headed by Amina Addo, a fellow of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), a fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and an Associate of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.

She is also a member of Nigerian Society of Engineers and Society of Petroleum Engineers.
