A quick experiment using the LTX-2.3 IC-LoRA workflow in ComfyUI.
🛳️
I built a simple ship scene in Blender, rendered the scene and its depth map, then used them as structural guidance to generate the final 14-second video.
Blender → LTX-2.3 IC-LoRA → Final Video

Our short film Dear Upstairs Neighbors is previewing at @sundancefest. 🎬
It’s a story about noisy neighbors, but behind the scenes, it’s about solving a huge challenge in generative AI: control.
Developed by Pixar alumni, an Academy Award winner, researchers, and engineers, here’s how it came together. 🎨
Humanoids were long a thing of sci-fi, then they were a thing of research, but today, with the launch of NEO, humanoids become a product.
NEO is the first step on a journey towards a more abundant future and we’re excited for you to join us on this journey. Order your NEO today.
Today, we are open-sourcing Hunyuan World 1.1 (WorldMirror), a universal feed-forward 3D reconstruction model. 🚀🚀🚀
While our previously released Hunyuan World 1.0 (open-sourced, lite version deployable on consumer GPUs) focused on generating 3D worlds from text or single-view images, Hunyuan World 1.1 significantly expands the input scope by unlocking video-to-3D and multi-view-to-3D world creation.
Highlights:
🔹Any Input, Maximized Flexibility and Fidelity: Flexibly integrates diverse geometric priors (camera poses, intrinsics, depth maps) to resolve structural ambiguities and ensure geometrically consistent 3D outputs.
🔹Any Output, SOTA Results:This elegant architecture simultaneously generates multiple 3D representations: dense point clouds, multi-view depth maps, camera parameters, surface normals, and 3D Gaussian Splattings.
🔹Single-GPU & Fast Inference: As an all-in-one, feed-forward model, Hunyuan World 1.1 runs on a single GPU and delivers all 3D attributes in a single forward pass, within seconds.

📄Technical Report: https://t.co/qIGXB1znU0
woke up early on a saturday to have a couple of hours to try using our new model for a little coding project.
done in 5 minutes. it is very, very good.
not sure how i feel about it...
we planned to launch our open-weight model next week.
we are delaying it; we need time to run additional safety tests and review high-risk areas. we are not yet sure how long it will take us.
while we trust the community will build great things with this model, once weights are out, they can’t be pulled back. this is new for us and we want to get it right.
sorry to be the bearer of bad news; we are working super hard!
