@RoyalMailHelp I received an underpaid postage card - paid the fee, expected delivery Wednesday but nothing has arrived. I also know what the letter was and don’t believe it is an underpayment. Can you help please?

@jet2tweets we have been at the airport in Majorca Palma for 7hours. My two under 5yo are asleep on the floor. Our flight has been cancelled, no hotel found or any welfare offers. When will we fly home?
@jet2tweets I would like a manager to acknowledge this mess and apologise for leaving their employees exposed and also for not being present to support their customers. I spoke with a UK customer service rep who could offer all the empathy a customer service rep.
@Boba_Ball_ Yes. We all have to do our job. I feel for them being treated badly by some but I was polite and yes upset as I’m a mum who hasn’t slept in 48hrs. Poor customer service

@jet2tweets No team leaders, we’ve been here for 25hours now. We know it’s not the fault of the on-site team and they have been treated badly by some. But they should not treat all customers the same. They are not polite. More concerned with telling us she has had to put up
People in tears @jet2tweets. It’s not the flight delays. It’s the absolute lack of customer service, poor customer service, lack of information, rudeness and having 4 guards stand in front of you. Asking you do you not think you should feel lucky your flight is leaving tonight.
@HMRCcustomers I received my renewed passport on 29th April but not yet received my old passport. I paid for recorded delivery for the return. How can I get update on this please? I also need to check on child’s 1st passport as place of birth listed as a town now city
