الغريب ان رأس نظام الهيمنة الحاكم الطاغية اسياس افورقي في تصريح مفاجئ يعترف بحقيقة ان الأوضاع في ارتريا بعد ثلاثين سنين عجاف تدهو ليصل الى اسؤ حالة من التردي مما كان عليه في عصر قبل توليه حكم البلاد. ما هو السر ؟ هل ذلك من باب الإعتراف بالذنب فضيلة؟ ام هو تحميل الشعب وزر ذلك؟

لأول مرة يقدم النظام تقرير عن حقوق الإنسان الإرتري تحت ضغط الإنذار الموجه اليه من منظمة الحقوق الإنسانية الأفريقي بضرورة التزامه كأحد اعضاء المنظمة برفع تقارير دورية و الذي ذُل يتجاهل ذلك طوال مدة ال ١٥ عام السابقة . يُزعم في تقريره ان "حقوق الإنسان الإرتري"مصانة ؟
