I'm starting to think the "draw boxes" advice only works for digital artists. My sketchbook only has a few tries with the eraser before it starts wrinkling.

Are there really no good beginner friendly how to start drawing/sketching videos?
All I see on YouTube are:
"How to draw"
Step one -- Basic shape
Step two -- literally draws everything else with no fine details on how to place or get proportions or anything.
Pure bullshit.

Update: Going forward with MEV design, for the adjuvant, Cholera enterotoxin subunit B was a common occurrence in other Klebsiella based and other epitope vaccine projects, but during my internship at Helix Biogen, Human beta-defensin was the preferred route....

So I have decided to use both, I will construct 2 vaccine candidates; one with CTB as adjuvant and another with HBD. Then compare both.
Raw sequences for both have been obtained, now we clean up with signalP.

Used AlphaFold to obtain an image of the target Pal outer membrane protein and Pymol to map my 6 peptides on it.
Noticed some overlapping in Pymol while mapping peptides out, though that's to be expected since it's the same sequence of amino acids all peptides were derived from

@RifeWithKaiju @DekuStoner But it's not though, it doesn't have it's own thoughts, it's own ideas, it's own agency. It works because you prompt, if not, it does nothing.
it's not a mind and it wouldn't even be alien, it's trained on human data after all.

While enjoying a medium, the mind will think about how the creator pulled it off.
Do you not know how to perceive these things?
