You’re blessed if you work in organisations that offer you some flexibility.

My friend’s weekly hours is 35. He told me recently that he could do 40 hours this week, and then do 30 next week. They’re that flexible with him.

For me, I do 37 hours. My flexibility is that I can do that 37 hours anyhow I like it. For instance, I worked 5 hours today. The onus is on me to find a way to complete the remaining 32 hours this week.

Someone I also know has this flexibility where he’s meant to work 4 times a month in the office. He simply chooses the first week, goes to work for 4 straight days, and never goes again throughout that month.

Flexibility is very important, especially when you have a child. Tell me yours?

You live in a country like Nigeria where the government hardly gives you anything free, and most public primary and secondary schools are substandard, but you're giving birth to more kids on a very lean salary.

Let's say you have four of them. You won't feel the impact as much when they are still under 10 years of age.

By the time they start entering secondary school, that's when you'll start to feel the heat as parents. And don't forget, you'll be aging too.

Nigeria doesn't have a good plan for you.

You need to save yourself from her.

And break the cycle of poverty.

The average parent will need not less than 25 years to raise their kids.

And that depends on the number that you have.

If the future doesn't scare you, then go ahead and keep multiplying.

The Lord is your strength.
