i get why this is qian’s favorite scene and why she couldn’t think straight in that position 😭 she’s just a girl after all!! those eyes looking at her like THAT and the way his arm wraps around her???
AHHH luan nian, you are so insanely down bad for shang zhitao 😭❤️🔥
I hope everybody is listening. All the doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and medical scientists, I hope you guys are paying attention.
Before you come and start wasting your time running up and down, taking extra shifts, doing more than you can, crying more than the bereaved, working from the first day of the month to the last, taking multiple calls, not spending time with your family, not being with your wife or husband, and not having time to cook for your children, think about this.
At the end of the month, the money you are going to receive is not even up to $400. And at the end of the day, this is what they have to say about you.
That is why I have always said it: do your work professionally, do what you are supposed to do, and go home.
These are the people you are trying so hard to help. These are the same people who will turn around and say these things about you. They will say it today, say it tomorrow, and keep repeating it over and over again.
And, as I keep repeating myself, one of the worst things you can do to yourself as a doctor is to sacrifice your entire life and well-being on duty for a Nigerian patient, believing that your sacrifice will always be appreciated.
You will be forgotten. Your sacrifices will be dismissed. And, in the end, some of the very people you worked yourself to exhaustion trying to save will turn around and portray you as the worst thing that ever existed.
Do your job professionally. Give your patients the care they deserve. But do not destroy yourself trying to prove that you care. Your life, your family, and your well-being matter, too.
