A woman has just given birth.

Everybody is happy. Then suddenly, she starts bleeding.

This is postpartum haemorrhage, and when it happens, no one has time to ask where the drug, tranexamic acid or TXA is.

That drug, Tranexamic acid can help reduce deaths from bleeding when it is given early after PPH starts.

So if a facility is providing emergency obstetric care, TXA should not be something they start looking for when the emergency has started.

It should be there.

As a man, if your wife is preparing to give birth, ask if the facility has TXA available. Same thing if you’re pregnant and preparing for delivery.

Ask questions. Know what is available.

Prepare before the emergency comes.

Nigeria is turning to Israel and France to build its next generation of communication satellites, NIGCOMSAT-2A and NIGCOMSAT-32B.
For years Nigeria relied almost exclusively on China for its Space program. However a confrontation with China that sent a shock wave through Abuja is forcing Nigeria to make a strategic pivot.

In March a Chinese Space firm threatened to deactivate key active transponders on NIGCOMSAT-1R over an alleged debt of $11 million for tracking, telemetry and command services it provided from its facility in China. If that had happened Nigeria's internet access, and critical military and defence communications would have been severely crippled.

NIGCOMSAT has rejected the debt claim. This has highlighted the danger of relying on a single foreign partner for essential infrastructure. It leaves national security and public services vulnerable to financial or geopolitical disputes.

While turning to Israeli and French contractors is a clear strategic pivot, Abuja will still maintain satellite cooperation with China. Nigeria is only making a smart shift towards diversification. Instead of putting all its eggs in one basket, Nigeria is adopting a multi-partner strategy. By partnering with Israel and France, Nigeria ensures that no single country holds absolute leverage over its digital ecosystem.

It helps. It never removes the babysitting.

AI is incredible at writing frontend code. It is still terrible at knowing when a product feels cheap, confusing, or annoying to use.

- Stale state, optimistic update failures, lost updates, conflicting writes, and out-of-order async responses.

- Effects, subscriptions, listeners, timers, and requests that are not correctly cleaned up.

- UI states where actions remain available while an operation is already in progress.

- Cache invalidation problems and inconsistencies between client state, server state, and persisted data.

- Multi-tab, multi-device, and poor-network scenarios where relevant.

Reliability and failure handling
- Unhandled promise rejections, swallowed errors, silent failures, infinite loading states, broken retry loops, and incomplete rollback behaviour.

- Missing loading, empty, error, offline, timeout, and partial-success states.

- Failure paths that leave data or the UI in an inconsistent state.

- Assumptions about API responses, nullability, ordering, timing, or network availability that could cause production failures.

Accessibility

This lady broke the windshield of another man's car just because she was angry with her own boyfriend.

As I could deduce, her man had probably broken up with her, moved to another area, and got a new girlfriend. So, this lady traced him to the new place and came with full anger.

She kept behaving like something was wrong with her in the head, as she was shouting, rolling in the gutter, and fighting everyone around there.

Due to the commotion, one of her boyfriend's friends decided to drive the guy away from the place.
