@IkejaElectric@ieServe , please when will my meter be fixed? Since January... we bought this meter, it wasn't free! I've been complaining but NOTHING HAPPENS. You'll give SR-No. But will never attend to it. Is it because you don't have worthy competitors?
@ShobowaleDavid3@IkejaElectric You just dey know? Mine has been tripping since the beginning of the year and it has NEVER been rectified. They keep giving SR number but never attend to complaints. Worst off is the on-site treatment of customers. Jankara office will detain you for 4hrs minimum.
@IkejaElectric@IkejaElectric , we haven't been having power supply in my apartment for months now and all efforts have yielded nothing! WE BOUGHT OUR PREPAID METER FROM IKEDC FOR GOD'S SAKE!
Now, the meter always shows that there is no power when there's power getting into the meter. How??

@MTN180@MTNNG I sent a text this morning... my airtime kept getting deducted, and the message was never sent... always asking me to retry. If the message wasn't sent, why deduct from the airtime in a failed attempt?
