Is it time for the County game to change. To many teams dilute the talent? The test team will have a captain who's selection in the team is not guaranteed.
So what needs to happen in english cricket to fix this?

@WG_RumblePants Therein lies England's next biggest problem. Joe Root is the only player to get automatic selection for me. I would give Gus Atkinson a go. More reliable and surely his name is out down before thee batsmen
