No, I Do Not Condemn October 7

Every time the oppressed rise up, the world demands that they apologize. Every time the victims fight back, they are asked to condemn themselves before their killers.
The same voices that stayed silent through decades of Israeli massacres suddenly rediscovered their morality on October 7.
Let me be very clear: I DO NOT CoNDEMN OCtOBER 7.

October 7 did not begin on October 7.
It began in 1948, and even before, when armed Zionist militias invaded Palestinian villages, burned homes, expelled families, and slaughtered men, women, and children to make way for their Jewish state.
The world calls it the birth of Israel. Palestinians call it the Nakba, the catastrophe.

📌A History Written in Blood

From Deir Yassin to Tantura, from Kafr Qasim to Sabra and Shatila, Israel’s history is written in massacres.
Entire generations were uprooted and turned into refugees.
Cities like Jaffa and Haifa, were emptied, their people driven out at gunpoint.
This wasn’t a war between equal sides.
It was a colonial conquest, supported and legitimized by Western powers that saw in Israel a loyal outpost to control the Middle East.

For 75 years, Israel has violated every international law imaginable, occupying land, annexing territory, assassinating leaders, bombing civilians, and enforcing apartheid.
Yet, the so-called international community rewards it with impunity, weapons, and unconditional support.

📌Gaza: The World’s Largest Open-Air Prison

Let us speak about Gaza, the strip of land where over two million Palestinians have been locked for nearly two decades.
Since 2007, Israel has imposed a blockade by land, air, and sea, turning Gaza into the largest open-air prison on Earth.
Electricity is rationed.
Food and medical supplies are restricted.
Even fishing is criminalized.
Israel controls who lives, who dies, and what enters or leaves the strip.

Every few years, Israel launches another brutal assault, Operation Cast Lead, Protective Edge, Guardian of the Walls, names that conceal the horror of burning children alive, of white phosphorus raining on homes, of entire families erased in a single airstrike.
The world watches in silence, then demands that the Palestinians keep the peace.

📌The Prisoners of Freedom

Inside Israeli prisons sit tens of thousands of Palestinians, men, women, and children.
Many are held under administrative detention, which means they are never charged, never tried, never given a day in court.
They simply disappear behind walls. Some have been there for decades.

For years, Palestinians and their families have pleaded through diplomatic channels for prisoner exchanges, for humanitarian relief, for simple recognition of their rights.
Israel refused every time.
When you close every door, when you silence every peaceful attempt, resistance becomes inevitable.

📌It Was Never About Hamas

Israel and its Western allies want you to believe that everything is about Hamas.
That if only Hamas disappeared, there would be peace.
That if only the Palestinians chose “better leaders,” the bombs would stop falling.

But look around:

- The West Bank has no Hamas government, yet Israel raids its cities daily, kills civilians, and builds more illegal settlements.

- Lebanon has no Hamas, yet Israel bombed it, killing over a thousand people and displacing a million.

So no, it was never about Hamas.
It was always about erasing resistance itself, about crushing any people, group, or state that refuses to submit to Israeli and American hegemony.
Hamas is a pretext.
The real crime, in Israel’s eyes, is the refusal to kneel.

📌No, I Will Not Condemn

The road to October 7 was paved by decades of oppression, and blood.
You cannot cage a people, bomb them, starve them, occupy them, and then act surprised when they resist.
A people stripped of their homes, their land, and their lives day after day will inevitably rise, not out of hatred, but out of the most human instinct of all: the desire to live free.
