I opened my feed today to see countless posts by Gazans desperate to see an end to this war by any way possible and the huge disappointment they have after many of those who claimed to stand with them during the past two years to see them asking the Gazans to continue get killed because they don't like the Trump proposal to end the war. الإنسانية بحاجة إلى المزيد من الإيماءات الإنسانية. بالأمس، وبمساعدة الوفد النيبالي، التقت والدة وأخت الرهين بيبين جوشي بسعادة الدكتور رياض منصور في الأمم المتحدة. نحن نُعرب عن شكرنا له على وقته ورغبته في المساعدة على إعادة بيبين جوشي إلى منزله بعد أشهر من المعاناة.

את הבוקר התחלתי באיכילוב. דקירות בחזה, יד שמאל מתכווצת כאילו מישהו לוחץ עלי בשלט רחוק. בראש התרוצצו כבר כל הסרטים הכי קודרים. עשו לי אק״ג, יצא תקין. הרופא הסתכל עלי בחצי חיוך עייף ואמר: ״אתה יודע, כל יום באים לפה כאלה. אני קורא לזה תעוקת ישראליות״. כאילו זה מונח רשמי בספר הרפואה. יצאתי משם עם המלצה לא להיבהל, להפחית סיגריות ולצאת לנשום אוויר בפארק.

חזרתי במונית, נהג מתוח, חצה באדום, נכנס לרחוב באיסור. כל שנייה חשבתי שזו תהיה הפעם שלא אגיע. הגעתי בכל זאת. עליתי הביתה, פתחתי את הפיד. צלם של וואלה נפצע כי נדחף מדי בשביל תמונה של מירי רגב. בישיבת הממשלה שוב מצאו אשם קבוע, היועמ״שית. ובכותרת אחרת גורמי ביטחון הזהירו שנתניהו שיחק ברולטה רוסית עם ההתנקשות בקטאר.

פתאום עוד דקירה קטנה. הדלקתי סיגריה, היד שמאל התכווצה עוד טיפה. כיביתי סיגריה. שכבתי במיטה, התגלגלתי מצד לצד. היה חם, היה קר. קמתי, כתבתי את המילים האלה. הבטתי בתקרה. שמתי מוזיקה, היא עצבנה אותי. שמתי טלוויזיה ��ל שקט, היא הרגיעה אותי.

ופתאום נזכרתי במה שהרופא אמר: ״תעוקת ישראליות״. זה לא מופי�� באף ספר, אבל כולנו מכירים את זה. זה כשהלב דוקר לך לא רק כי הוא עייף מהסיגריות, אלא כי הוא סוחב עליו עודף משקל של חדשות, פידים, ממשלות, מלחמות, פקקים ונהגים עצבניים. הלב הזה נלחם כל יום מחדש להמשיך לפמפם, למרות כל מה שמעמיסים עליו.

אז אם גם לכם זה קורה, דקירה קטנה, לחץ, כאב שמסתובב בין החזה ליד, תדעו שאתם לא לבד. אולי זו לא תעוקה רפואית, אולי זו פשוט תעוקת ישראליות. מחלה בלי תרופה רשמית, אבל עם הרבה שותפים לדרך.

וכשחושבים על זה, יש בזה משהו מנחם: אם כבר לחיות עם לב דוקר, לפחות לדעת שהוא דוקר ביחד עם עוד מיליוני לבבות מסביב.
