“There is no rule of the Constitution or the law in our country at this time. Instead, it is under the rule of ‘Asim Law’. Asim Munir is the most tyrannical dictator in history and is mentally unstable. The level of oppression during his tenure is unparalleled. His regime showed no regard for women, nor any compassion for children and the elderly. Asim Munir is capable of doing anything to satisfy his lust for power.

At this time, the entire country is being run by the orders of one man, Asim Munir, as a result of which morality has been completely buried. Never before have there been mass killings of ordinary citizens. The incidents of May 9th (2023), November 26th (2024), Azad Kashmir, and Muridke stand as the worst examples of the ruthless abuse of power. The way unarmed citizens were fired upon is unimaginable in any civilized society.

The atrocities committed against women during Asim Munir’s tenure are also unprecedented. Dr. Yasmin Rashid, an elderly cancer survivor, has been imprisoned merely for refusing to abandon Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf. Bushra Begum too has been kept in solitary confinement solely to exert pressure on me. What kind of law is this, where those who renounce PTI are granted amnesty, while those who remain loyal to my ideology face relentless persecution?

We prefer death over accepting slavery.

Asim Munir is inflicting every form of cruelty upon me and my wife. No political leader’s family has ever been subjected to such treatment. I wish to make it absolutely clear once again: no matter what they do, I will neither bow down nor submit to them.

My message to the nation is this: nations that embrace the clear and fearless principle of ‘freedom or death’ cannot be stopped from achieving true independence and progress. Only such principled nations ultimately prevail with honor.

I also wish to make it clear that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf will hold no talks either with the Form-47 government or with the Establishment. There is no point in negotiating with a puppet government whose prime minister operates under a policy of ‘I will let you know after asking’. Negotiations are futile also because every time we have engaged in dialogue, the oppression against us has only intensified. All power rests in the hands of one man at this time: Asim Munir, who can go to any extent to extend his hold on power. Decisions regarding any negotiations will be made by our allies in the Tehreek Tahafuz-e-Aain Pakistan: Mehmood Khan Achakzai and Allama Raja Nasir Abbas.

All PTI office-bearers, parliamentarians, members of the Insaf Lawyers Forum, and senior lawyers must approach the High Courts and refuse to leave until hearing dates are set, because both my and Bushra Begum’s cases are being deliberately prolonged, with hearings not being scheduled, to ensure that we remain in prison. Everyone knows there is no substance in these cases and that they will eventually collapse; therefore, hearings are intentionally being withheld.

I have complete trust in Salman Akram Raja. All party-related instructions and meeting lists will be communicated through him. It is Salman Akram Raja’s responsibility to ensure that every directive is duly implemented.”

My father has been under arrest for 845 days. For the past six weeks, he has been kept in solitary confinement in a death cell with zero transparency. His sisters have been denied every visit, even with clear court orders allowing access. There have been no phone calls, no meetings and no proof of life. Me and my brother have had no contact with our father.

This absolute blackout is not a security protocol. It is a deliberate attempt to hide his condition and prevent our family from knowing whether he is safe.

Let it be clear: the Pakistani government and its handlers will be held fully accountable legally, morally and internationally for my father’s safety and for every consequence of this inhumane isolation.

I call on the international community, global human rights organisations and every democratic voice to intervene urgently. Demand proof of life, enforce court ordered access, end this inhumane isolation and call for the release of Pakistan’s most popular political leader who is being held solely for political reasons.

Mehmood Khan Achakzai and Allama Raja Nasir Abbas are extremely respectable to me. They are pro-democracy and principled individuals. I am surprised that their notification has not yet been issued. I direct Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s parliamentary group to protest this matter before the Speaker and Chairman Senate so that their notification as Leader of the Opposition may be issued. جو حالات ہیں اس سے یہ تاثر ملتا ہے کہ موجودہ نظام جمہوریت کے خلاف باقاعدہ برسر پیکار ہے، اور روز ایک ایسا نیا اقدام اٹھایا جاتا ہے جو جمہوریت کی روح کے عین منافی ہو۔ روایتی میڈیا تو پہلے ہی بوٹوں کے نیچے ہے۔ اب پیکا کا کالا قانون منظور کر کے عوام کے حق رائے دہی کا واحد ذریعہ یعنی سوشل میڈیا پر بھی مارشل لاء لگا دیا گیا ہے۔ یہ زبان بندی کی قبیح ترین کوشش ہے اور پاکستان کو بین الاقوامی پابندیوں سے قریب تر کرنے میں اہم کردار ادا کرے گی۔ پیکا کا قانون اگر لاگو کرنا ہی ہے تو سب سے پہلے شہباز شریف پر لاگو کیا جائے جنہوں نے ملکی تاریخ کے سب سے دھاندلی زدہ انتخابات کو فری اینڈ فئیر قرار دیا ہے۔ انہوں نے 26 نومبر کے قتل عام کو بھی جھٹلایا اور یہ کہا کہ کوئی گولی نہیں چلی نہ ہی کوئی شہادت ہوئی لہذا پیکا قانون کے تحت سب سے پہلی سزا شہباز شریف کو ملنی چاہیئے۔

بددیانت لوگ کبھی نیوٹرل امپائرز نہیں چاہتے۔ رجیم کیونکہ خود 26 نومبر اور نو مئی کے واقعات میں ملوث ہے اس لیے ان سے شفاف جوڈیشل کمیشن کی توقع نہیں رکھی جا سکتی۔ ہم جوڈیشل کمیشن کا قیام صرف اس لیے چاہتے ہیں کیونکہ ہم انصاف کے متلاشی ہیں۔ جو مجرم ہیں وہ نہیں چاہتے کہ حقیقت سامنے آئے۔

اٹھارویں ترمیم کے تحت کسی بھی صوبے کے آئی جی اور چیف سیکرٹری کی تقرری صوبائی حکومت کی صوابدید ہے۔ ایک مرتبہ پھر آئین کی دھجیاں بکھیرتے ہوئے صوبائی حکومت کے دئیے گئے تین ناموں کو اپنے “پاکٹ لاز” کے ذریعے ردی کی ٹوکری میں پھینک کر خیبر پختونخوا میں وفاق کی مرضی کا آئی جی انسٹال کر دیا گیا۔ میں علی امین کو خصوصی ہدایت کر رہا ہوں کہ صوبے کی عوام کے حقوق کا تحفظ آپ کی ذمہ داری ہے۔ ملک کے باقی تینوں صوبوں میں پہلے ہی ہمارے کارکنان کے خلاف ظلم و بربریت کا بازار گرم ہے اگر خیبرپختونخوا میں بھی ہمارے کارکنان کو یہ سب برداشت کرنا پڑا تو اس کی ذمہ داری صوبائی حکومت اور وزیراعلیٰ پر ہو گی۔ ہمارے کسی ورکر کے خلاف کوئی زیادتی ہوئی تو فوری ایکشن لے کر آئی جی کو فارغ کرنا ہے۔”

“Asim Munir is a mentally unstable person whose moral degradation has led to the complete collapse of the Constitution and the rule of law in Pakistan, leaving the fundamental human rights of every Pakistani unprotected.

My wife and I have been imprisoned on fabricated charges at his command, and we are being subjected to severe psychological torment. I have been completely isolated in a cell, placed in solitary confinement. For four weeks I was not permitted to see a single human being, and I was kept entirely cut off from the outside world. Even the basic necessities guaranteed under the jail manual have been denied to us.

Despite the orders of the High Court, first my meetings with my political colleagues were prohibited, and now even my meetings with my lawyers and family have been stopped. Any human rights charter will show that psychological torture is classified as 'torture', and it is regarded as even more severe than physical abuse.

My sister Noreen Niazi was dragged on the road simply because she demanded her rightful meeting with me. Only a man like Asim Munir could sanction such conduct. He has imprisoned Dr. Yasmin Rashid, an elderly cancer survivor, purely out of political vengeance. My wife, Bushra Begum, has been imprisoned only to exert pressure on me. Even her children are not allowed to meet her, and she has been deprived of all facilities. These examples reveal the character and mental disposition of this man.

Enduring solitary confinement is extremely painful, but I am bearing it only for the sake of my nation. Until the nation itself breaks the chains of slavery, the mafias imposed on Pakistan will continue to exploit it. The extension mafia, land mafia, sugar mafia, and mandate-thief mafia will keep this nation enslaved until the people themselves rise. Today you are their slaves; your future generations will be slaves to their generations. If you want to break this cycle, the nation must break the chains of enslavement itself and stand up for Haqeeqi Azadi (genuine freedom).

There is no place in my party for those who play on both sides of the wicket. Such people are the ‘Mir Sadiq’ and ‘Mir Jafar’ of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf. The participation of PTI individuals in the NDU workshop is shameful. On one hand, we are enduring all kinds of hardships, and on the other hand, when our own people socialise with those who oppress us, it causes me deep pain.

I have always stated that drone attacks and military operations on our own people only fuels terrorism. Asim Munir’s policies are disastrous for this country. It is because of his policies that the scourge of terrorism has spiraled out of control, which deeply grieves me. He has no regard for the interests of his own nation. Whatever he is doing is merely to please the Western world. He deliberately ignited tensions with Afghanistan seeking to portray himself internationally as a ‘mujahid’ (warrior). He first threatened Afghans, then expelled refugees by force, and conducted drone strikes on them; the consequences of which came in the form of rising terrorism inside Pakistan. This man has sacrificed the country to terrorism for his own personal interests.

Sohail Afridi is commendable because he chose resistance over reconciliation during repressive times. My message to Sohail Afridi is to continue playing on the front foot. There is no law or constitution in this country. The law is invoked only against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf; everyone else remains exempt. Whatever Sohail Afridi is doing, he should continue. He has my full support.

As for those issuing threats of Governor’s Rule: impose it right away instead of waiting, and then see consequences for themselves!

Message from Imran Khan, Founder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, from Adiala Jail

1. I want to remind my nation that there have been two attempts on my life: first in Wazirabad, and then again at the Judicial Complex in Islamabad. The ISI stole the CCTV footage from Wazirabad, and the night before the attack in Islamabad, the ISI had taken control of the area where it happened.

Now they are even more nervous. In their panic, they have made my conditions in jail even tougher. The staff assigned to ensure that my food isn't poisoned has been changed for the fourth time. My cell is as hot as an oven. But despite these challenges, I will not give in or demand any special treatment.

The ISI controls all administrative matters related to my imprisonment. I’m saying it again: if anything happens to me, the Army Chief and DG ISI will be responsible.

There are rats in Bushra Begum’s room. They fall from above when she performs her prayers, and she has been complaining about this for three months. The court has now been informed.

2. I have already explained why the Islamabad rally was postponed. It had nothing to do with contacts with the establishment. This entire government runs on lies; I don’t even read the news about them. I have no contact with the establishment. If we do hold talks with them, it will only be for the sake of the country and the constitution.

3. Just like Israel asks Palestinians to forget about the past, you are asking me to forget the fraudulent elections! Peace and stability come from justice. The people of East Pakistan were seeking justice; they were not against us. Ensure that justice is served before talking about national reconciliation.

Cattle can be herded in a desired direction, not humans. Look at what happened in Bangladesh: the Army Chief, Chief Justice, and Police Chief were all loyal to the Prime Minister, but when the people took to the streets, they won their rights.

Despite everything, on February 8, 2024, in the elections, the nation rejected the false state narrative, especially concerning May 9th.
People admire the armed forces because they are seen as the defenders. Before the February 8th elections, a false flag operation was carried out against the nation, during which our people were subjected to violence and restrictions were imposed on our party. Yet, the people rejected the state narrative and made their stance clear.

An illegitimate Form 47 government has been imposed, which has no interest in institutional reforms. They have only increased borrowing and caused unprecedented inflation. Since all their wealth is stashed abroad, they don’t care whether Pakistan progresses or declines. Large multinational companies and skilled professionals are leaving the country. The CEO of Shaukat Khanum Hospital has informed me that it is becoming increasingly difficult to run the institution as many professionals are leaving. Only a government with a genuine mandate will be able to plan for fundamental reforms.

Anyone critical of the regime is labeled a digital terrorist. When internet services were shut down, people protested, but those in power couldn’t handle the criticism. No one is permitted to even voice their problems. The nation blames a specific institution for this.

I care about my country; my life and death are tied to Pakistan. I don’t have any wealth stashed outside the country, and I will not make dirty deals like Zardari or Nawaz Sharif. What is being done now is akin to suicide.

ہائی کورٹ کے احکامات کے باوجود پہلے میری سیاسی ساتھیوں سے ملاقات پرپابندی لگائی گئی اور اب وکلأ اور اہل خانہ سے ملاقات بھی بند کر دی گئی ہے۔ انسانی حقوق کا کوئی بھی چارٹر اٹھا کر دیکھیں ذہنی تشدد بھی "ٹارچر" ہی کہلاتا ہے اور جسمانی تشدد سے بھی ذیادہ سنگین عمل سمجھا جاتا ہے۔

میری ہمشیرہ نورین نیازی کو سڑک پر گھسیٹا گیا، صرف اس لیے کہ وہ مجھ سے ملاقات کا جائز حق مانگ رہی تھیں، یہ صرف عاصم منیر جیسا شخص ہی کر سکتا ہے۔ اس نے ڈاکٹر یاسمین راشد جیسی بزرگ کینسر سرائیوور کو سیاسی انتقام کی غرض سے جیل میں ڈالا ہوا ہے۔ میری اہلیہ بشریٰ بیگم کو صرف مجھ پر دباؤ ڈالنے کے لیے قید کیا ہوا ہے۔ ان کے بچوں سے بھی انکی ملاقات نہیں کرنے دی جا رہی۔ ان کو تمام سہولیات سے محروم رکھا گیا ہے، ان سب مثالوں سے اس شخص کی ذہنی سطح کا اندازہ ہوتا ہے۔

قید تنہائی کاٹنا انتہائی تکلیف دہ عمل ہے لیکن میں یہ صرف اپنی قوم کی خاطر برداشت کر رہا ہوں۔ جب تک قوم خود غلامی کی زنجیریں نہیں توڑتی، پاکستان پر مسلط مافیاز ایسے ہی اس کا استحصال کرتے رہیں گے۔ ایکسٹینشن مافیا، لینڈ مافیا، چینی مافیا، مینڈیٹ چور مافیا ہر ایک اس قوم کو تب تک غلام بنا کر رکھے گا جب تک کہ یہ قوم خود اٹھ کھڑی نہیں ہوتی۔ آپ آج ان کے غلام ہیں، آپ کی نسلیں ان کی نسلوں کی غلام ہوں گی اگر اس چکر کو توڑنا ہے تو قوم کو خود غلامی کی زنجیریں توڑ کر “حقیقی آزادی” کے لیے کھڑا ہونا ہے۔

وکٹ کے دونوں جانب کھیلنے والوں کی میری پارٹی میں کوئی جگہ نہیں ہے۔ ایسے لوگ تحریک انصاف کے "میر صادق" اور "میر جعفر" ہیں۔ این ڈی یو ورک شاپ میں تحریک انصاف کے لوگوں کی شرکت شرمناک ہے۔ ایک جانب ہم لوگ ہر قسم کی سختیاں برداشت کر رہے ہیں تو دوسری جانب جب ہمارے ہی لوگ ہم پر ظلم ڈھانے والوں سے سماجی تعلقات بڑھانے کی کوشش کرتے ہیں تو مجھے انتہائی تکلیف ہوتی ہے۔

میں ہمیشہ کہتا آیا ہوں کہ اپنے ہی لوگوں پر ڈرون اٹیکس اور ملٹری آپریشنز سے دہشتگردی مزید بڑھتی ہے- عاصم منیر کی پالیسیاں اس ملک کے لیے تباہ کن ہیں۔ اس ہی کی پالیسی کی بدولت آج ملک میں دہشتگردی کا ناسور بے قابو ہے جس پر مجھے انتہائی دکھ ہے۔ اس کو اپنے ملک کے مفادات کی رتی برابر بھی پرواہ نہیں ہے۔ یہ جو کچھ کر رہا ہے، محض مغربی دنیا کی خوشنودی کے لیے کر رہا ہے۔ افغانستان کے ساتھ آگ کو جان بوجھ کر بھڑکایا، اس کا مقصد ہے کہ اسے “انٹرنیشنلی مجاہد” سمجھا جائے- اس نے پہلے افغانوں کو دھمکایا، پھر مہاجرین کو ملک سے دھکے دے کر باہر نکالا، ان پر ڈرون حملے کیے جس کے اثرات پاکستان میں دہشت گردی بڑھنے کی صورت میں آئے۔ اس شخص نے اپنے ذاتی مفاد کے لیے ملک کو دہشتگردی کی بھینٹ چڑھا دیا ہے۔

سہیل آفریدی قابل تعریف ہے کیونکہ جبر کے اس ماحول میں وہ مفاہمت کے بجائے مزاحمت کو ترجیح دے رہا ہے۔ سہیل آفریدی کو پیغام دیتا ہوں کہ وہ فرنٹ فٹ پر آ کر کھیلتا رہے۔ اس ملک میں کوئی قانون اور آئین نہیں ہے۔ قانون صرف تحریک انصاف کے لیے حرکت میں آتا ہے ورنہ ہر کوئی اس سے مبرا ہے۔ سہیل آفریدی جو بھی کر رہا ہے اسے جاری رکھے میں اس کی مکمل حمایت کرتا ہوں۔

گورنر راج کی دھمکیاں لگانے والے کل کی بجائے آج لگا لیں اور پھر دیکھیں ان کے ساتھ ہوتا کیا ہے!!

محمود خان اچکزئی اور علامہ راجہ ناصر عباس میرے لیے انتہائی قابل احترام ہیں۔ وہ جمہوریت پسند اور اصول پرست لوگ ہیں۔ مجھے حیرت ہے کہ اب تک ان کا نوٹیفکیشن جاری نہیں ہوا۔ میں تحریک انصاف کی پارلیمانی جماعت کو ہدایت کرتا ہوں کہ سپیکر اور چئیرمین سینیٹ کے سامنے اس معاملے پر احتجاج کریں تاکہ ان کا اپوزیشن لیڈر کا نوٹیفکیشن جاری کیا جائے۔ اس کے علاوہ موجودہ نظام مخالف کسی بھی قسم کی تحریک کے لیے جو بھی کال تحریک تحفظ آئین پاکستان کی جانب سے دی جائے تمام تحریک انصاف اس پر عمل کرے“
