9 months post ACL surgery and back on the field! This 1st week of high school season has been about trusting my work and my body. Grateful to be competing again and motivated to keep improving. First week back and already putting one over the fence!

After months of rehab, hard work, and patience, I’m officially cleared to return from ACL surgery! Thankful for everyone who helped me through the process. Ready for my sophomore season this summer and excited to compete again!

On October 1st, 2025, I had ACL reconstruction surgery➡️ a little over 7 months post op. This process has been full of challenges, growth, and lessons. From rehab to getting back on the field, every step has made me stronger mentally and physically. I’m grateful for how far I’ve come and excited to keep improving every day. Freshman season had its highs and hurdles - battled through an injury mid season by supplexed my left shoulder while diving for a ball - but finished strong. Grateful for the growth, lessons, and the game. Just getting started.
