Hey @anuradisanayake this is a corruption door you're opening (as you try to close others): Knowing public sector salaries you know that *no one* who just earns that salary can possibly afford a vehicle where you need a Rs. 22/16/12m *reduction* in taxes.

That means you're either encouraging them to earn more off the books or encouraging them sell the permit.

If the goal is to give retiring senior officials a bonus, then just do that without letting some rich guy get a benefit from it (too).
