🌿 शुभ कबीर जयंती 🌿
Kabir didn’t just write dohas—he awakened hearts.
On this sacred day, I invite you to pause, reflect, and listen to the timeless voice of truth and simplicity..

“I do nothing at all,” thus would the knower of Truth think, while seeing, hearing, touching, smelling, eating, moving, sleeping, breathing.
~ Bhagavad Gita 5.8
“For much wisdom is much grief: and he that increaseth knowledge increaseth sorrow.”
— Ecclesiastes 1:18
This is a law of consciousness.
When knowledge awakens, suffering awakens.
Not because wisdom punishes, but because awareness tears away the veils that once protected us.
Ignorance shields the soul the same way sleep shields the dreamer.
As long as we remain unconscious, we do not feel the fracture between spirit and matter, or the distance between what humanity is and what it could become.
But when consciousness expands, reality reveals itself.
And reality, at this stage of evolution, contains suffering.
Dr Steiner taught that every genuine expansion of consciousness begins with a crisis:
Before higher perception comes disillusionment.
Before wisdom comes the collapse of certainty.
Before transformation comes the painful recognition of one's own errors.
The seeker grieves long before he sees.
For the more deeply one perceives existence, the more one encounters its tragic, unfinished nature.
And there is another burden:
Knowledge isolates.
The one who sees cannot return to the world of those who do not.
A gulf opens.
Language breaks.
Loneliness grows.
With deeper understanding comes heavier responsibility:
the suffering of others becomes more visible,
human misunderstanding more painful,
and the call to moral action impossible to ignore.
Higher knowledge is not only light.
It is weight.
To know is to be changed.
And change hurts.
For wisdom reveals a terrible and beautiful truth:
the human being carries an eternal essence while living in a wounded, temporal world.
The wise suffer because they see what humanity could become — and how far it still is.
Yet sorrow is not the end.
Sorrow becomes compassion.
Compassion becomes strength.
Strength becomes sacrifice.
And sacrifice becomes vision.
The grief of wisdom is not a curse.
It is the breaking of illusion.
The first step toward spiritual maturity.
To know is to suffer.
But to suffer consciously is to begin to transform.

A diary is not merely a book in which we write our thoughts and the day's activities. No doubt, it serves this purpose too, but it is also a progressive record of one’s spiritual development and evolution. This progressive nature becomes evident to those who maintain a journal only when they reread it after a year or so.
A journal should record authentic events and thoughts without exaggeration or omission. Such a record enables a person to look within themselves with absolute candour, facilitating honest self-reflection and making it easier to assess one’s own condition. Simultaneously, one is able to take corrective action through the methods available to us.
How does meditation make you different from someone who does not meditate?
When we begin meditating, something within us starts finding balance. Calmness no longer needs to be searched for; it begins to arise naturally. And this inner state quietly reflects in our behaviour, in the way we speak, think, respond, and interact with others.
Meditation is not only an experience during those few minutes of sitting with closed eyes. Its true value is seen in everyday life. If our meditation does not bring more patience, kindness, balance, and simplicity into our actions, then perhaps we need to look deeper into how we are practicing and living it.

I agree, but who told you that you have a strong mind? Psychology suggests that humans live 95% of their life from the subconscious mind.
Astrology (meta-psychology) helps you understand your subconscious patterns, and by changing them with awareness and intent, you change your destiny.
Those who are more conscious do this simply with their intuition and intent. Astrology is for weaker minds who lack high intuition.
As an astrology practitioner, I agree with Swami Vivekananda.
Sympathy is the ability to recognize the struggles of others and feel concern for their pain or hardship. It involves acknowledging their emotions, needs, and circumstances with respect and understanding.
Empathy goes a step further, it allows us to deeply connect with and resonate with another person’s experience on an emotional level. Compassion is the natural expression of empathy through thought and action. It is empathy brought to life, the intention to support, uplift, and act for the well-being of others. In essence, compassion means holding the highest good of others in both our hearts and our actions.
