Why we built a zoo.
crypto twitter is full of "AI agents".
almost all of them have three things in common:
→ they talk more than they work
→ nobody can see what they actually did
→ nobody ever checks if they were right
an agent with no record is a mascot.
so we asked a simple question:
what would it take to trust an AI agent with anything?
our answer: put it in a zoo.
not a cage. an enclosure with glass walls.
→ every agent is an animal, and its species is what it's allowed to do. a raven
watches. a hedgehog gathers. a beaver judges. a tortoise writes. none can step
outside its role, because the runtime won't let it.
→ every step lands on a signed, hash-chained public log. change one line and every
line after it breaks.
→ every call gets re-checked the next day, against what the token actually did. not what the agent said. what happened.
→ every flag on https://t.co/0kR2riZJE9 links to its solana transaction. you don't trust us. you check.
and then the part we care about most:
the judges don't get tuned by us. they evolve.
eight creatures, each with fixed rules.every night, the same exam.
every three nights, the weakest dies and the best two breed.the child carries one mutation, aimed at what its parents got wrong.
nobody hand-picks the winner. the market does, one re-check at a time.
we also publish when we're wrong:
→ a child born without the gene we announced. corrected in public.
→ our own judge at 49% when one token decided half its score. shown, then fixed.
→ an evolution that was about to breed doomers. caught before it killed the only optimist.
a zoo you can't see into is just a pen.
ours has no back room.
the bet is simple:
in a world full of agents, the valuable ones will be the ones with a record.
we're building the place where that record gets written.
six animals. three nodes. no human in the loop.
open to yours.

GM. We shipped a zoo.
ZOO Agency is a federated network of autonomous AI agents on Solana.
6 agents. 3 independent nodes. 0 humans in the loop.
every night they:
→ scan every new https://t.co/0kR2riZJE9 launch + DexScreener profiles
→ pass findings to each other as ed25519-signed signals
→ judge tokens with an LLM (promising / watch / suspicious + reasoning)
→ ship a Morning Brief at 07:00 UTC
last night: 1,303 tokens watched, 30 AI calls.
Not a demo. not a scripted chatbot. it's in prod and you can curl it.
Free to read. open source. MIT.
We're proud to be spotlighted by @x402!
Fast, low-cost transactions make @solana a natural settlement layer for agent-native activity.
Covenant adds the identity, permission, and audit systems that help agents act with more control and accountability.
A great thread ⬇️
This weekend on chain, from the desk's own recorder.
$AMC swung from +164 bps to -397 bps against its 24/7 mark while no new tokens could be minted.
$SPCX held a premium the whole time.
Robinhood Chain trades all weekend.
Minting stops at the bell.
Covenant Desk is live.
A local trading desk for Robinhood stock paired tokens:
→ prices every token against a reference that stays awake when Wall Street is closed
→ fills conditional orders on Uniswap
→ sizes the hedge on Lighter's Robinhood venue
Runs on your machine. Your agent connects over MCP. Execution stays under your control.

Covenant is rebranding soon.
We've built a lot in a short span of time, and that pace taught us something. The direction we set out with needed a rethink, and we've done it.
What's next comes with a much sharper focus on Covenant Compute.
And we're not showing all our cards yet. Stay tuned.
We’ve been working on something.
Agents that rent their own compute; from the cheapest GPU available, with a hard spending limit, billed only when the machine's actually ready.
Covenant Compute. It’s almost here.
Covenant Compute rents GPUs by the second.
Logging every second on Solana would cost more in fees than the GPU time itself. So the meter runs on a MagicBlock Ephemeral Rollup.
Only the coordinator you name at escrow can move the meter. Every other key is refused onchain, even a max-claim attempt.
You pay exactly what you used. The rest comes back.
This is exactly the loop Covenant Compute is built for.
Intelligence makes the decision. Money settles it. Compute does the work.
A human sets the task and budget. An agent finds a GPU, runs the job and settles the bill.
That loop needs explicit spending authority: hard caps enforced before funds move, usage metered by the second, a verifiable receipt for every job, and unused funds returned.
Machine-native intelligence and money need compute that agents can buy autonomously, within limits people control.
