@himantabiswa Hon’ble CM Sir, we NRHM doctors are serving in peripheral areas, managing night shifts and several hardships, yet for the past three months salary delay has become a regular pattern. Kindly ensure timely payment so we can continue our duties without distress.
@himantabiswa
@himantabiswa Sir, while it may look like all NHM staff are on strike, we 1-year CRP doctors have been doing our duties sincerely, yet we’re the ones suffering. Why are we being punished for someone else’s protest? Despite getting only ₹38k, we’ve stayed loyal to our work. @himantabiswa
@himantabiswa Respected Sir,
Kindly ensure timely payment of salaries for rural MOs, as delays are causing hardship. Also request consideration for salary hike for those serving over a year in rural areas ..
@himantabiswa It’s disheartening that irregular salary payments have become a recurring issue for NHM 1 year contractual doctors.Despite serving diligently,we are facing delays in receiving our modest remuneration of ₹38,500.We sincerely hope the authorities ensure timely and regular payment.
@himantabiswa Sir it has become a pattern that MOs under 1year CRP are being paid late. We need to appear for exams sir, for which form fillup is also costly. We also have other expenses. From the last few months we are being paid late. Doing duty and still not getting paid in the first week.
@himantabiswa Sir, we doctors working as NHM Medical Officers in peripheries haven’t received our salaries yet. Delayed payments have become a pattern—many of us are sole earners, struggling with rent, food & travel expenses. Kindly look into this matter. @himantabiswa#NHM#DoctorsVoice
@himantabiswa In such a beautiful state with such good leaders, doctors and other health care professionals always begging for their salary doesn't look good sir. You are our hope 🙏🏻. Kindly take prompt action sir.
@himantabiswa Sir, we 1-year CRP doctors under NHM have faced 3 months of salary delay. We serve day and night in harsh peripheral conditions, yet it’s heartbreaking that as doctors we must beg for our rightful, timely salary every month. Please end this injustice. @himantabiswa
@himantabiswa Sir please look into the matter
All the CRP Doctors are planning for full stoppage of duty if salary of July-Aug is not paid before Puja
It's my humble request,
we are unable to pay our bills and leave the Puja marketing.
When we see our pocket, we don't feel like Doctor.
@himantabiswa We, the medical officers have been serving our people of Assam with hard work and empathy. But we haven't received our salary of last month.We don't get any extra allowance, therefore we CRP doctors depend on our 38k rupees salary to pay for everything. We need salary to survive.

@himantabiswa Why there's such a discrepancy @himantabiswa sir, we are forced to work as MOs to the remotest places and yet @nhm_assam fails to pay the wages we deserve. We want answers, why there's so much financial strain on us?
@himantabiswa We the NHM 1 year CRP employees have not yet received the salary for the month of July-August and August-September. Sir we too have our needs, our families to feed. We solely depend on our salary, so it will be of great help if you look into this matter🙏
