Many of my friends (MBBS Doctors), who want to continue their practice in the place of posting are too waiting for any response from the government side.
If the government has no plan for the outgoing Doctors, make it clear in an order. So that we can apply for private jobs.
It's 8th May 2026, and the Bond of NRHM for 1year Compulsory Rural Posting of MBBS will be over this month.
I have been working for 1 year in a PHC which was totally closed.
I was promised to get a continuation order from the government side, but no response has been found yet.

We continue to serve with full commitment, but timely pay is a basic necessity for those who keep the system running. 🙏
We know you get hundreds of messages as spam daily but consider this as a request from 800+ CRP MOs and all HCWs of Assam
@CMOfficeAssam@Mrinal_MLA
Why can't the Government make timely payment of the salary of CRP Doctors who are posted in Periphery?
Last time also, we saw a delay of 2 months.
Why is this being repeated
The government is unable to increase our Salary from 38k
Instead make timely payment.
@himantabiswa
Sir, we 1-year CRP doctors under NHM are in deep distress. We’ve been serving tirelessly in peripheries without receiving our salaries. Every delay breaks our morale—some can’t afford rent, food, or even travel to work. Please address our plight, sir. @himantabiswa
@himantabiswa In such a beautiful state with such good leaders, doctors and other health care professionals always begging for their salary doesn't look good sir. You are our hope 🙏🏻. Kindly take prompt action sir.
@himantabiswa Sir, we 1-year CRP doctors under NHM are serving in remote peripheral areas with minimal facilities and poor conditions—yet our salaries remain unpaid. Many of us can’t afford rent, food, or even travel to duty. Please don’t let our dedication be met with silence.@himantabiswa
@himantabiswa Kindly pay us(1 year compulsory CRP doctors) on time. It's becoming a pattern of paying late from last 3 months.Please look into the matter and do necessary action.

@himantabiswa Sir it has become a pattern that MOs under 1year CRP are being paid late. We need to appear for exams sir, for which form fillup is also costly. We also have other expenses. From the last few months we are being paid late. Doing duty and still not getting paid in the first week.
@himantabiswa It’s disheartening that irregular salary payments have become a recurring issue for NHM 1 year contractual doctors.Despite serving diligently,we are facing delays in receiving our modest remuneration of ₹38,500.We sincerely hope the authorities ensure timely and regular payment.
@himantabiswa Respected Sir,
Kindly ensure timely payment of salaries for rural MOs, as delays are causing hardship. Also request consideration for salary hike for those serving over a year in rural areas ..
