@TriumphIndia May 13: Promised a detailed email by May 14. Nothing sent. 7th visit May 14: Tech worked on a bushing, swore it’s fixed. Noise STILL there! Now told bike will be picked up May 15.

@TriumphIndia After my complaint email, bike picked up May 8 (6th visit). May 12, I asked for 2nd service to save a trip. They said other Speed 400s have same noise. Took the bike back for commuting, as it was a hassle for me to commute. But noise persists!

@TriumphIndia Apr 26, 2025 (5th visit): Noise finally noted, tire & rim swapped, claimed fixed. It wasn’t! Told it’s brake pads, wait 2 weeks. Noise got louder. Heard the real issue is the tire but dodged due to warranty red tape.

@TriumphIndia Bought my Triumph May 10, 2024 (~3,800 km). After Mar 24, 2025 check-up, a loud rear tire noise started. Reported it, promised a fix. 3-4 visits later, techs brushed it off as "normal" chain noise.
