@virginmedia my WiFi keeps dropping out. It’s up for a couple of hours and then drops randomly. Every time I have to restart the box. I’ve done all your online trouble shooting and it hasn’t solved the issue

@easyJet bit of feedback: it would save you and us a tonne of time if you just had a button on your website to refund a cancelled flight. Just like manage disturb - that works great. All your lines are full and the online form does not load.

@easyJet for a flight tomorrow, I just checked your website and the flight has been cancelled. I didn’t receive a notification. The manage bookings page says I can get a full refund however there is no function to do this under manage distribution. Can you help?
